What is the right speed for me in CuraSwing?

The walking speed should be set as high as possible in the CuraSwing app. This will maximise the training effect. But safety comes first! You should always feel safe and stable during training. Basically, the step frequency depends on the length of your legs. The longer your legs, the slower (and larger) your steps. Therefore, the arm swing frequency is generally higher for people of smaller stature.
